Garden Landscaping Project 167
As is so common, this garden started out very uneven, and required us to extensively excavate so that both the paving and lawn could be all on one level. To retain the newly excavated levels around the perimeter of the garden, we installed a raised railway sleeper planting bed. The aim for the patio area was to create a larger space immediately outside the back doors of the property, then running into a pathway up the right side, and leading to an upper seating area designed to catch the last of the evening sun.
