Garden Landscaping Project 172
This garden sloped considerably from right to left, with the left side rendered almost unuseable for our customers. We installed railway sleeper retainers running around the perimeter of the garden, and split the space into two main levels, with a lower seating area running down the left side. Within this seating area we created an inset L shaped planter which was going to be planted by the customer in their preferred style, and which would help to split this large area into two distinct spaces, with a soft central divide. While levelled the space we worked with the heights so that we could create a one sleeper high retainer running the full length of the garden, acting as a step up onto the new level lawn area.
