We removed the budget fencing, and fitted fencing with a better quality finish. We also terraced the steep garden using a railway sleeper retaining wall to create a large lower seating area and a small upper area, with wide recessed steps within the wall to allow easy access. The overall effect is of a modern, practical garden.
